EH Energy delivers clean energy for customers and communities. Fuel cells convert fuel to electricity through an electrochemical reaction, not by burning it, so they emit no nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides or particulates at the point of use, run near-silently and offer heat and water recovery for reuse. With SCR and integrated carbon capture, we offer clean gas power plant systems with low emissions, VOC and NOₓ.
Clean energy tax breaks
Fuel cells are eligible for an investment tax credit (ITC) of up to 30% due to their clean profile, increasing project IRRs and financing levers for data center developers, independent power producers (IPPs) and investors. Fuel cells additionally have a 100% depreciation allowance, offering further IRR advantages in projects. We can help our customers model and take advantage of these.
Clean gas power
Our fuel cell power plants integrate steam methane reforming with selective catalytic reactor (SCR) technology and optional carbon capture to offer a clean gas system with limited NOₓ, VOC and carbon emissions. This also makes customers potentially eligible for 45Q tax benefits.
