Reginald "Reggie" Beavan

Beavan is a Vice Chairman at Newmark in Houston. A 24-year corporate real-estate strategist, he has closed more than 100 million square feet of occupier transactions, with expertise in corporate and industrial tenant representation, portfolio and workplace strategy, facility master planning and most recently data center site selection and readiness. Beavan represents numerous global advanced manufacturers and hyperscalers, supporting them with navigating their site selection, real estate and power needs. Beavan joined Newmark in 2018 via its acquisition of Jackson Cooksey, where he had run the Houston office since 2006. Beavan ranks regularly among Houston Business Journal's top "Heavy Hitters."
